- His law practice focused on complex intellectual property dispute resolution, including representing Fujitsu Ltd. in the acclaimed IBM/Fujitsu Arbitration. His publications focus on the role of arbitration and autonomy of contract in cross-cultural economic exchange and economic development. He served as an advisor to the Government of Indonesia with respect to drafting a new national arbitration law, and he serves on the editorial board of the Indonesia Journal of Comparative Law
