О лекторе
James regularly publishes and speaks on issues in international commercial arbitration. He is an
alumnus of the Swiss Arbitration Academy and a graduate of the Foundation for International
Arbitration Advocacy’s Workshop on questioning of expert witnesses in international arbitration.
James is a member of a number of professional associations, including the ASA, the ABA, where
he is a Vice-Chair of the Section of International Law’s International Arbitration Committee, the
LCIA, and the ICCA. He is included in Who’s Who Legal Future Leaders Arbitration 2017 and
2018.
